Everything Means Everything

Being happy is the feeling that Everything Is As It Should Be, that nothing needs to be added or subtracted from the moment.

In feeling this way, we don't avoid, suppress or ignore things we don't like. Nor do we pretend to like them. When we believe Everything Is As It Should Be, everything means everything including the things we don't like, hate or find unpleasant at the moment.

When something happens, it's already As It Should Be. We're not able to change the moment because once we perceive it, it has already passed.

So everything means everything, it's not everything with a wink and a nudge. We don't mean “everything except” or “everything, only if”.

Everything Is As It Should be, so if we're feeling sad, angry or anything unpleasant or if something terrible, horrible or anything we don't like has happened, that is part of Everything.

In being able to recenter ourselves and feel that Everything Is As It Should Be, we're not fighting against What Is. So instead of blindly reacting to what's happening, we're able to clearly take action because we're not avoiding, suppressing or ignoring anything about what is happening.

Being Happy doesn't mean we're always joyful or content, it means we're aligned to the feeling that Everything Is As it Should Be. And we're only aligned if everything means everything.
